Biography

Pablo Canamas holds a PhD in the physics and chemistry of sunscreen, for UV-filter encapsulation.
After earning his engineering degree from ESPCI Paris, he spent a year at the University of Hawaii, to study coral behavior and bleaching.

A passionate advocate for marine biology, Pablo settled by the Mediterranean sea in Marseille, where he completed his doctoral research on sunscreens.

He now works at Helioscience as a research and development engineer for sunscreen testing methods, contributing in particular to the design of ecotoxicity tests on corals.
