At TEB, we take pride in our work and our ability to deliver high-quality services while working towards the labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.
We are a nonprofit work cooperative dedicated to the social and labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities. With over 650 disabled employees and 92 residential places, we also operate a guardianship foundation and a foundation for labor integration. Additionally, we oversee three sports clubs with over 200 Special Olympics athletes.
TEB specializes in contract manufacturing, offering primary and secondary packaging, co-packing, handling and packaging, display filling, and reverse logistics. With extensive experience in the cosmetic sector, we handle primary and secondary packaging, labeling, assembly of displays, and reconditioning.
We can operate at your facilities through an enclave model, with a logistics operator, or within our own premises. We have four certified rooms for cosmetic products and primary and secondary packaging, as well as three IFS certified rooms across five different locations.
Each year, we successfully pass over 50 quality audits from our clients, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We excel in designing and managing displays, offering end-to-end logistics solutions, and providing necessary machinery such as shrink wrappers, high-frequency welders, wrappers, strapping machines, gluers, conveyors, cellophaners, and sleever tunnels.
