Synopsis

Due to their total compatibility as they are structures similar to those that form part of our skin and their acceptance by it, lipoproteins have been widely accepted in cosmetic applications.
As for lipoamino acids, there are some very novel ones formed from coconut fatty acids with others that are common in rice, barley, and wheat and that offer an advantage when formulating cosmetic products, for example due to their foaming power and due to the viscosity that they can easily develop, on the other hand some have also demonstrated great power as solubilizers and stabilizers at the level of or improving the traditional derivatives of petroleum chemistry. There are other lipoamino acids in solid form that can also be used as emulsifiers or emulsion stabilizers.
