WILSHEA Prime

(INCI: Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter) is a solid shea butter characterised by its rapid crystallization due to its faster transition to a stable crystal form. This superior stability prevents common formulation challenges such as blooming and graininess – particularly relevant in high shea dosage applications of 25–30% and stick formulations.

With a slip melting point of 31–38°C, it melts at body temperature making it ideal for solid and semi-solid formulations where smooth texture and consistency are critical.

In sensory evaluation, WILSHEA Prime outperforms standard shea butter in slip and smoothness, while exhibiting reduced tackiness and a comparably non-greasy finish – delivering a balanced, comfortable skin feel.

WILSILK CS 110

Developed using Nobel Prize-winning metathesis technology, WILSILK CS 110 (INCI: Hydrogenated Soy Polyglycerides (and) C15-23 Alkanes) is a multifunctional natural polymer that creates a stable blend of oil, oil/wax and emulsion formulations. Biodegradable and versatile, it delivers high-performance oil thickening across skincare, haircare, and colour cosmetics.

Functionally, it delivers a silky, lightweight skin feel, enhancing spreadability and providing a smooth, non-greasy finish – a compelling alternative to synthetic polymers and conventional waxes. Its low melt range of 47–60°C further supports formulation flexibility across a wide product range.

Performance data underscores its efficiency: at just 5% usage, WILSILK CS 110 increases sunflower oil viscosity by 468-fold, demonstrating robust thickening across mineral oil, ester, and plant oils alike.
