Maïlys Le Lem is currently the EMEA Technical-Marketing Manager for Active Ingredients at BARENTZ Personal Care. Prior to that, she worked as Product Manager and Technical-Sales within UNIPEX Cosmetics BU from October 2019.

Maïlys Le Lem completed a Master’s degree in Business Management at Audencia Business School from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, she pursued a Master’s degree in Food engineering at Oniris VetAgroBio, spanning from 2014 to 2016.
