Biography

Dr. Victoria Donat, Technical Manager of Natural Oils at Vantage, brings more than two decades of experience in agri-food and pharmaceutical research to her role, facilitating innovation, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and customer relations in the oil industry. Prior to joining Vantage, she made significant contributions to research at IVIA in Valencia and IUCT in Barcelona. Victoria has a B.S. in Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, solidifying her position as an experienced leader in the field.
