Biography

Anamaria is a person with an intellectual disability. She has studied cognitive accessibility techniques and is dedicated to training customer service teams to improve their communication with people with comprehension difficulties. She also validates texts in clear communication and Easy reading, and audits facilities and websites to improve the experience of different groups when moving through the space, whether physical or virtual.
